Biomérieux, with a share capital of 12,029,370 euros, has published its figures relating to the total number of shares and voting rights for the month of August 2026. The company's registered office is based in Marcy l'Étoile, registered under number 673 620 399 in the RCS of Lyon.
As of August 31, 2026, the total number of shares amounts to 118,361,220. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total reaches 194,180,017. These rights are calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the general regulations, including shares deprived of voting rights.
This monthly information is published in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
