Biomind Labs Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Order
Biomind Labs Inc. has announced that the Ontario Securities Commission has revoked the cease trade order issued against the company on April 4, 2025. The order was originally imposed due to delays in filing audited financial statements and other disclosure documents for the year ended December 31, 2024. These documents have now been filed and are accessible on SEDAR+.
Despite this progress, the company faces ongoing operational challenges, including persistent financial losses and a need for additional financing. These factors indicate a material uncertainty that may affect Biomind Labs' ability to continue as a going concern. An Annual General and Special Meeting is scheduled before February 25, 2026, as a requirement from the Commission.
There have been no significant changes to the company's business plans following the issuance of the cease trade order, and the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The company is focused on developing novel pharmaceutical drugs and nanotech delivery systems.
