Biophytis Delays 2024 Annual Financial Report Publication

Biophytis SA, a biotechnology firm focused on age-related disease treatments, has announced a delay in the publication of its 2024 annual financial statements. The company, based in Paris and Cambridge, cites unforeseen technical complications during the audit process as the reason for the postponement. The new deadline for the release of these financial statements is set for the end of June 2025.

This postponement has also led to the rescheduling of Biophytis's Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders. The company assures that the procedures for convening this meeting will comply with the necessary legal requirements and has already taken steps with the Paris Commercial Court in this regard.
