Biotest AG: Dividend Approval at Annual General Meeting
Biotest AG announced the approval of dividend distributions at its Annual General Meeting held on May 7, 2024. Shareholders approved a €0.04 per preference share dividend for the fiscal years 2023 and 2022. This decision was supported by 76.19% of the total share capital, with a near unanimous approval rate of 99.93%.
