Bird River Completes Final Tranche of Share Financing
Bird River Resources Inc. has concluded the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing, generating total proceeds of CAD$127,362.96. This, combined with earlier tranches, brings the total to CAD$2,515,109.52. The placement involved 1,592,037 common shares priced at CAD$0.08 each. The raised funds aim to support general corporate needs and working capital.
Additionally, Bird River executed a shares for debt transaction, issuing 3,890,088 shares at CAD$0.09 each to settle CAD$350,108 owed to a creditor. The securities are subject to a four-month holding period under Canadian laws.
