BlackRock reduces its stake in SCOR SE
On April 21, 2026, SCOR SE announced that BlackRock Inc. had crossed certain thresholds. The latter, a fund manager, reduced its stake in SCOR SE, falling below 5% of the share capital and voting rights on April 17, 2026. BlackRock now holds 8,933,670 shares, representing 4.98% of SCOR SE.
This reduction results from a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral. The 8,933,670 shares include, among others, shares acquired through contracts for difference and securities lending agreements. SCOR SE's total share capital currently stands at 179,444,449 shares.
