BLEECKER: Details on the General Meeting of February 19, 2026

On February 19, 2026, BLEECKER will hold its Annual General Meeting in Paris. Participation is open to all shareholders, regardless of the number of shares held, subject to prior registration of shares, either in a registered account or through an authorized intermediary, two business days before the meeting.

Shareholders can attend the meeting by requesting an admission card. Those preferring to vote by proxy or by mail must also follow a specific procedure, using the Single Voting Form. Written questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.

The meeting documents will be available at BLEECKER's headquarters and online. The event will also be streamed live on the company's website and available for replay.
