Blue Cap AG Sees Enhanced Profitability in H1 2025
Blue Cap AG has reported a notable improvement in profitability during the first half of 2025. Although the company's revenue decreased to EUR 97.9 million from EUR 102.3 million the previous year, its EBITDA margin increased substantially to 8.8% from 7.2%. This reflects successful transformation processes amidst challenging market conditions.
The Net Asset Value (NAV) also saw a rise, reaching approximately EUR 29 per share, up from EUR 27 at the end of 2024. This increase is primarily driven by improved performance in the Plastics segment and steadiness in Adhesives & Coatings despite a minor decline in Business Services.
Blue Cap's balance sheet remains strong, with a net debt ratio well below target levels. The company has affirmed its full-year guidance, anticipating revenue between EUR 120–140 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 5.0–6.0%, aligning with its strategic focus on acquisitions.
