BOIRON: Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights as of May 31, 2026
On June 9, 2026, BOIRON published the total number of shares comprising its capital as well as the total number of voting rights, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
As of the reporting date of May 31, 2026, BOIRON reported a total of 17,545,408 shares held constituting its capital.
The total number of voting rights amounts to 17,813,348 gross and 17,630,215 net. This net figure takes into account the deduction of voting rights attached to treasury shares, which are deprived of the exercise of voting rights.
