BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH Releases 2024 Financial Results
BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH has published its audited consolidated financial statements for 2024. The company reported a 7.8% drop in revenue to EUR 169.3 million, citing ongoing challenges in the automotive sector. EBITDA fell sharply by 37.7% to EUR 13.3 million, primarily due to an unfavorable product mix.
Despite the decline in revenue, disciplined working capital management improved operating cash flow to EUR 19.5 million from EUR 7.2 million in 2023. The company's net result was negative at EUR -5.0 million, compared to a EUR 1.1 million profit the previous year.
Looking ahead to 2025, BOOSTER expects revenues to stabilize and forecasts a more than 20% increase in EBITDA. Management remains cautious due to geopolitical tensions and newly imposed US trade tariffs but is optimistic about demand stabilization and ongoing cost-cutting measures.
