BOOSTER Precision Components Revises 2026 Earnings Forecast

BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH has released its provisional first-half 2026 financial results, reporting revenues of EUR 83.3 million and an EBITDA of EUR 6.3 million. The company has revised its earnings forecast for the year due to ongoing restructuring negotiations impacting its liabilities. The new expected EBITDA range is between EUR 13.5 million and EUR 14.5 million, down from the previous forecast.

The revision considers restructuring costs related to its liabilities and proceedings under the StaRUG framework. Despite these adjustments, BOOSTER anticipates its adjusted EBITDA will align with the initial forecast. It confirms its revenue forecast, projecting a modest increase compared to 2025's EUR 161.7 million. Final results for the first half will be published on 31 August 2026.
