BOURRELIER GROUP: Information notice on the public delisting offer
On November 6, 2026, BOURRELIER GROUP announced the availability of M14's information memorandum concerning the public delisting offer (OPR) targeting its shares. This initiative, led by M14, received visa no. 26-389 from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on November 5, 2026.
The AMF has validated this document in accordance with its regulations, without, however, endorsing the merits of the transaction. The note thus presents detailed information on the legal, financial, and accounting aspects of M14.
Available online on the websites of the AMF and BOURRELIER GROUP, these documents are also accessible at the BOURRELIER GROUP headquarters in Nogent-sur-Marne.
