Bouygues Construction has announced the acquisition of Vannoy Construction, a major company based in the southeastern United States. This strategic move aims to strengthen the group's presence in one of the country's most dynamic markets. The acquisition, finalized on June 30 in Charlotte, is part of Bouygues' international development strategy, which has projected revenues of €10.6 billion in 2025.

Vannoy Construction, founded in 1952, operates primarily in high-potential sectors such as healthcare, education, and industry. With a projected turnover of €873 million in 2025, the company enjoys strong customer confidence thanks to a robust order book.

The acquisition allows Bouygues to strengthen its position in the southeastern United States, a region experiencing rapid economic and demographic growth. Synergies are expected with the group's other entities operating in this area. Mark Vannoy, President of Vannoy, emphasizes the continuity of the company's operations with Bouygues' support.
