Bouygues: Report on Treasury Share Transactions

Bouygues recently reported transactions on its own shares carried out from June 15 to 19, 2026. Authorized at the General Meeting of April 23, 2026, these transactions were carried out on the Paris Stock Exchange market (XPAR).

Aggregated data shows that as of June 15, Bouygues acquired 57,200 shares at an average price of €50.7216. On June 16 and 17, the company purchased 57,000 and 90,000 shares respectively, at average prices of €50.6172 and €50.1963. Finally, on June 18, two transactions took place totaling 220,000 shares, at prices of €50.4107 and €50.2213.

These transactions are part of the share buyback operations implemented by Bouygues, aimed at effectively managing their share capital.
