Discussion between telecom operators and the Altice Group
Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad, and Orange have confirmed they are in discussions with the Altice Group regarding the potential acquisition of its telecommunications activities in France. The consortium has already begun due diligence since the beginning of January 2026. No legal or financial agreement has yet been reached.
There is no certainty regarding the outcome of this process. Any agreement will require approval from the governing bodies of the companies involved and must comply with standard procedures. Further market updates will be provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
