Branicks Group AG Creditors Approve Debt Restructuring

On October 20, 2026, Branicks Group AG announced that 99% of its creditors have voted to endorse a restructuring plan for its financial liabilities. This decision extends the maturity dates of the company's bonds, originally set for 2026, to 2030 and 2038. The $400 million corporate bond restructuring reflects creditors' confidence in the company's new financial strategy.

Josef Schultheis, Chief Restructuring Officer, emphasized that this approval allows the company to concentrate on business opportunities within a challenging market. Despite the approval, several technical details remain to be clarified for the restructuring plan to be fully implemented by the end of fiscal year 2026.

Furthermore, Branicks Group AG has mutually terminated consulting agreements with MDC Matthias Danne Consulting GmbH and BLACKLAKE Management Partners GmbH, both led by Supervisory Board members. These firms have instead entered service agreements with entities funded by Branick's creditors.
