Branicks Group AG Achieves Sustainability Milestones in 2024

Branicks Group AG has released its 2024 Sustainability Report, underscoring key achievements in environmental and social governance. The company surpassed its 2030 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions target by achieving a 51% reduction from 2018 levels. New targets include reducing GHG emissions by at least 50% by 2035.

The green building rate increased to 52.9%, with a goal of 60% by 2027. Gender balance is nearly equal at 49% men and 51% women, with the gender pay gap reduced by nine percentage points. The report emphasizes the integration of digital solutions.

Branicks' sustainability strategies, guided by ESG+D principles, have been externally audited, receiving recognition in ratings like Morningstar Sustainalytics and S&P Global CSA. Properties have earned sustainability certificates such as DGNB and LEED.
