Branicks Group AG Restructures Business with VIB Vermögen AG

Branicks Group AG has announced a strategic move to consolidate its business operations with institutional investors through VIB Vermögen AG. This transfer aims to streamline the shareholder structure within Branicks, involving a substantial transaction volume of approximately EUR 360 million. Notably, Branicks' commercial portfolio remains unchanged by this development.

The agreement between Branicks and VIB Vermögen AG includes the offset of all claims against Branicks arising from a EUR 300 million loan dated 7 July 2023. This transaction awaits completion under standard procedural closing conditions.

This organizational shift marks a significant step in Branicks' efforts to align its institutional business more efficiently, while addressing financial obligations with VIB Vermögen AG.
