Branicks Group AG has successfully extended its lease agreement with an existing insurance industry tenant at the CABO office building in Düsseldorf. The lease now continues until 2034 and includes additional office space. CABO, with its distinctive design and prime location, continues to be a sought-after property within Düsseldorf's office market.

The CABO building, erected in 2003, is strategically situated between Karl-Arnold-Platz and Kaiserswerther Straße. Boasting a glass façade, a green atrium, and flexible office layouts, the building offers a prestigious working environment.
