Branicks Group AG Secures New Tenant at Pressehaus Building

Branicks Group AG has successfully leased 1,345 square meters of office space to Berliner Verlag in the Pressehaus building on Berlin’s Alexanderplatz. This follows a previous leasing agreement for a similar size space with Edeka. The Pressehaus complex, notable for its historic architecture, has been part of Branicks' portfolio since 2019. Recent refurbishments have modernized the site, earning it a Leed Gold certification.

Martin Karehnke, Managing Director of Asset Management at Branicks, expressed enthusiasm for Berliner Verlag's connection to the site's rich history, which aligns well with their future positioning strategy. The building's location in Berlin-Mitte ensures easy access, enhancing its appeal as a prime real estate asset.
