Branicks Group AG Extends Standstill Agreements for Loans
On July 1, 2026, Branicks Group AG, a company based in Frankfurt am Main, has announced a short-term extension to the standstill agreements on its promissory note loans. These loans, which total EUR 87.0 million, were initially set to mature in March and April 2026. The new extension will postpone maturity until July 27, 2026.
This decision comes amidst ongoing negotiations with creditors and bondholders addressing the refinancing and restructuring of financial liabilities due in 2026. Branicks is currently working towards extending the maturity of these liabilities to the second half of 2030. The efforts aim to provide the company with better financial stability and flexibility.
