The stake comprises 4.86% through direct voting rights, corresponding to 12,096,618 shares, with an additional 1.23% through financial instruments such as equity swaps. This shift indicates a strategic adjustment for Morgan Stanley in its investment portfolio.

Notably, financial instruments associated with the holding include rights of recall over securities lending agreements and equity swaps, which can be exercised at any time. These instruments represent a small proportion of voting rights at 1.23%.
