Brödernas Group AB Announces Q3 2025 Financial Results

Brödernas Group AB has released its financial report for the third quarter of 2025. The report covers the period from July to September and provides insights into the company's performance. For the first nine months of 2025, Brödernas reported net sales of SEK 287 million, down from SEK 302 million during the same period the previous year. The EBITDA was negative, reaching SEK -11 million compared to SEK 1 million last year.

In the third quarter alone, net sales amounted to SEK 92 million, a decline from SEK 99 million year-on-year. EBITDA showed a slight improvement, registering SEK -1 million compared to SEK -2 million in the same quarter of 2024.

However, Brödernas faces a financial challenge. The net leverage ratio exceeded 6.00x, breaching the terms of their bonds, indicating default under the current bond conditions.
