BRP Appoints Denis Le Vot as CEO, Succeeding José Boisjoli
BRP Inc. has announced Denis Le Vot will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer effective February 1, 2026. He takes over from José Boisjoli, who retires after 36 years, including 22 years as CEO. Pierre Beaudoin will become Chair of the Board, succeeding Boisjoli, while Barbara Samardzich remains as Lead Independent Director.
Le Vot brings significant experience from the automotive industry, notably at Renault Group, where he held senior roles across various regions. His strategic vision is expected to advance BRP's M28 plan and foster growth in the global powersports market.
Boisjoli, during his tenure, transitioned BRP from a private entity to a leading publicly traded powersports OEM. Le Vot looks forward to collaborating with BRP's teams to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences.
