BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights at Bureau Veritas

On April 28, 2025, BlackRock, Inc., the American asset management giant, announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in the French company Bureau Veritas. This information, received by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on April 29, reveals that BlackRock now holds 29,391,941 shares, representing 6.47% of the capital and 5.03% of the voting rights of Bureau Veritas.

This change results from an increase in shares held as collateral. The disclosure also includes shares in the form of ADRs and shares resulting from financial contracts. In addition, BlackRock owns 2,529,058 shares for which clients retain their voting rights.
