BlackRock reduces its stake in Bureau Veritas
Asset management firm BlackRock, Inc., recently announced that it had lowered its voting rights threshold of 5% in Bureau Veritas. This change occurred on June 20, 2025. BlackRock now holds 28,537,939 Bureau Veritas shares, representing 6.28% of the share capital and 4.89% of the voting rights.
The reduction results from a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral. This transaction concerns shares held for clients and funds managed by BlackRock. The investment manager retains discretionary authority to exercise voting rights, unless otherwise directed by clients.
