BUREAU VERITAS: Share Buyback from October 19 to 21, 2026
Bureau Veritas recently carried out share buybacks between October 19 and 21, 2026. During these three days, a total of 194,355 shares were repurchased. The transactions took place on two markets: XPAR and CEUX.
On October 19, the company acquired 64,835 shares at an average price of €27.7631 on XPAR and 7,200 shares at €27.7737 on CEUX. The following day, 64,873 shares were repurchased at €27.7292 each on XPAR, and 7,250 at €27.7402 on CEUX.
Finally, on October 21, Bureau Veritas repurchased 45,261 shares of XPAR at €28.3431 and 4,936 shares of CEUX at €28.3626. The average daily purchase price for all transactions was €27.9016.
