Bureau Veritas: Share and voting rights balance sheet as of July 2026

Bureau Veritas, a global specialist in testing, inspection, and certification, has published the regulated update of its shares and voting rights, as required by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of July 31, 2026, the group had 453,899,720 shares outstanding. This figure includes shares created following the exercise of stock options since January 2026.

In terms of voting rights, the theoretical number is 579,499,017, while the exercisable voting rights number 569,690,113. This difference may indicate shares not yet exercisable in voting rights, often pending validation or subject to specific conditions.
