Burkhalter Holding AG acquires Enplan AG in Herisau
The Burkhalter Group has announced the acquisition of Enplan AG, a building technology company based in Herisau. Enplan, which employs five people, generates annual revenue of approximately CHF 0.6 million. Founded in 1984, the company specializes in the planning of heating and ventilation systems and energy-efficient concepts.
Under the leadership of Olivier Wetli, Enplan will be integrated into Längle & Staub GmbH, a Burkhalter subsidiary based in St. Gallen. This integration will expand the range of HVAC planning services. This acquisition is part of Burkhalter's strategy to increase its market share in building technology.
