Burkhalter Holding AG acquires Progressio Holding and anplaq ag

The Burkhalter Group has finalized the acquisition of Progressio Holding GmbH and its subsidiary anplaq ag, located in Tamins, in the canton of Graubünden. This strategic transaction allows Burkhalter to invest in energy and water infrastructure, a sector complementary to its core business.

Anplaq ag, specializing in the construction of steel and stainless steel systems, employs around thirty people and generates a turnover of approximately CHF 8.5 million. All employees will be integrated into the group without any change to the company name.

The purchase price includes the issuance of 38,000 new Burkhalter shares on the market. The existing owners have committed to not selling two-thirds of these shares for two years.
