SKAN Group AG Annual Meeting: All Board Proposals Approved

The Annual General Meeting of SKAN Group AG took place in Allschwil on May 7, 2025. A significant 85.75% of voting share capital was represented. All board proposals received approval, including a dividend distribution plan. Shareholders will receive CHF 0.40 per share, with CHF 0.20 as an ordinary dividend and CHF 0.20 as a tax-free distribution from capital reserves, effective May 13, 2025.

Board members Oliver Baumann, Cornelia Gehrig, Thomas Huber, Beat Lüthi, Gregor Plattner, and Patrick Schär were re-elected. Beat Lüthi continues as Chairman. Consultative votes on remuneration and non-financial reports were also approved. The next annual meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2026.
