Bystronic AG Annual General Meeting 2026 Highlights
On April 21, 2026, Bystronic AG held its annual general meeting. Shareholders approved all proposed motions by the Board of Directors. The meeting included the approval of dividends of CHF 4.00 per class A share and CHF 0.80 per class B share.
Significantly, the meeting marked the election of Fabrice Billard and Daniel Bischofberger to the Board. Meanwhile, Dr. Matthias Auer and Urs Riedener stepped down after years of dedicated service. The board expressed gratitude for their contributions.
