VEOM Group placed under judicial reorganization
VEOM Group, a European leader in smart home technology, was placed under court-ordered receivership by the Montpellier Commercial Court on March 9, 2026. This decision follows a request from the company, as previously announced. Jean-François Blanc, representing FHBX, has been appointed as the court-appointed administrator to oversee the proceedings.
The objective is to safeguard operations and jobs while exploring options to resolve the group's financial problems. VEOM is seeking to attract investors as part of a restructuring or sale plan. Furthermore, trading of VEOM shares, suspended at the end of February, will resume on March 13, 2026, on Euronext Growth.
