Cabasse: Judicial reorganization proceedings underway
On April 8, 2026, Cabasse, a French luxury high-fidelity audio company, announced developments in its receivership proceedings. Jean-François Blanc, of the firm FHBX, received several takeover bids related to a sale plan. No offer for a continuation of operations was submitted.
The Montpellier Commercial Court will examine these offers on April 16, 2026. Pending its decision, trading of Cabasse shares on Euronext Growth remains suspended. This measure, initially implemented to coincide with the publication of the press release, is extended until further notice.
