Cairn Homes Increases 2026 Interim Dividend and Launches €50m Share Buyback
Dublin/London, 2 September 2026: Cairn Homes Plc reports robust financial results for the first half of 2026, significantly boosting revenue by 60% year-on-year to €455.5 million. This growth is driven by the sale of 1,139 units, up from 708 units in the same period last year. EPS rose by 82%, reflecting strong cash flow improvements. The company's operating profit increased by 75%, reaching €74.8 million.
Cairn Homes is launching a €50 million share buyback and increasing its interim dividend by 10% to 4.5 cents per share.
