Caldwell Expands Human Resources Division with Ali Palmer as New Partner

Caldwell Partners International, Inc. has announced the appointment of Ali Palmer as a Partner in its Human Resources Practice. Based in London, Palmer brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Her expertise spans consumer, retail, and technology sectors, providing senior HR leaders recruitment solutions.

Prior to Caldwell, Palmer led the global People & Culture practice at another executive search firm. She also held senior leadership roles at Avanade. Her experience bridges executive search and in-house leadership, offering clients strategic talent insights. She aims to support leadership decisions at Caldwell by deepening client relationships across Europe and North America.

Chris Beck, CEO of Caldwell, remarked that Palmer's addition marks a significant enhancement of their European and global HR capabilities. She is also involved with St Paul's School and advocates for women in leadership. Palmer holds a BSc in business studies from Cardiff University.
