Cantourage Group SE Transitions to IFRS for Enhanced Financial Reporting
Cantourage Group SE has decided to transition its consolidated financial reporting from German GAAP (HGB) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This strategic decision comes in response to the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements for 2026. The Supervisory Board approved this move during a recent meeting.
The preliminary reconciliation of the 2025 financial figures suggests significant positive effects on both earnings and equity. These benefits are largely attributed to differences in the treatment of goodwill and share-based compensation plans under IFRS.
A pro forma comparison of the 2025 figures under HGB and IFRS will be published on Cantourage's website in November 2026, following the completion of the 2025 financial statements audit.
