2025 half-yearly review of the CAPGEMINI liquidity contract
Capgemini presented its half-yearly report on the liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux as of June 30, 2025. The liquidity account then included 115,315 shares and €15,069,450.36 in cash. During this period, 6,149 purchase transactions and 6,359 sale transactions were carried out, with respective volumes of 1,462,235 shares for €217,210,883.33 and 1,466,106 shares for €218,558,340.32.
Compared to the balance sheet at the end of 2024, the liquidity account saw a slight decrease in securities but an increase in available cash. In total, 4,819 purchase transactions and 4,608 sale transactions were executed during the previous half-year. Trading volumes were significantly lower at that time.
