Capital increase at Eiffage: Impact on employees

Eiffage recently carried out a capital increase dedicated to its employees. This operation, announced on February 26, 2025, allowed more than 57,000 employees to participate through the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2025. The increase amounts to €279.82 million with the issuance of 3,146,936 new shares. These shares represent 3.21% of the outstanding capital and were offered at a price of €88.919 each.

The company's share capital temporarily reached €404.59 million before the board of directors decided to cancel an equivalent number of treasury shares. This brought the capital down to €392 million. Following this transaction, the FCPE now holds 4.01% of Eiffage's capital.
