CARMAT réalise ses premières ventes de cœurs artificiels en Israël
CARMAT annonce avoir effectué les premières implantations commerciales de son cœur artificiel Aeson® hors de l'Union européenne. Deux dispositifs ont été implantés récemment en Israël.
La première intervention a eu lieu à l'hôpital Hadassah Ein Kerem à Jérusalem, dirigée par le Pr Offer Amir parmi d'autres spécialistes. La seconde implantation s'est déroulée au Sheba Medical Center à Tel Aviv, sous la conduite du Dr Jeff Morgan et de son équipe.
CARMAT élargit ainsi sa présence internationale, portant à cinq le nombre de pays où des implantations commerciales ont été réalisées, illustrant ainsi l'intérêt croissant pour cette alternative thérapeutique.
