Carrefour Bank publishes its corporate governance reports for 2025
Carrefour Banque, a public limited company with a share capital of 151,332,529.92 euros, has announced the availability of its corporate governance documents for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. Interested shareholders can consult these documents at the bank's head office, located in Évry-Courcouronnes, as well as on the bank's official website.
The report also includes the auditors' report on the annual accounts. This report includes a section dedicated to corporate governance, thus ensuring greater transparency. The auditors' report is an integral part of Carrefour Banque's 2025 Annual Report.
