Carrefour has disclosed details regarding its total number of voting rights and shares as of October 30, 2025. This disclosure aligns with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the Règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers.

The company reported a total of 736,314,789 issued shares. The real number of voting rights, which excludes treasury shares, stands at 858,265,019. Meanwhile, the theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, reaches 888,346,270.
