Carrefour Updates on Liquidity Contract for 2024
Carrefour has released an update on its liquidity contract managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel as of December 31, 2024. The liquidity account contained 75,000 shares and €27,891,761.68. This results from activities between September 2, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
During this period, Carrefour conducted 9,295 purchase transactions involving 6,986,420 shares, amounting to €102,608,506.54. Additionally, 11,441 sales transactions were executed, with 6,911,420 shares sold for €101,500,268.22.
Initially, on September 2, 2024, the liquidity account was equipped with €29,000,000. These figures reflect Carrefour's strategic financial management over the four-month period.
