Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon nommée Présidente du Comité d'audit chez Carrefour
Le 19 février 2025, le Conseil d'administration de Carrefour a nommé Madame Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon au poste de Présidente du Comité d'audit et administratrice référente indépendante. Cette décision a été prise à l'unanimité et prend effet immédiatement.
En tant que membre du Conseil d'administration depuis 2017 et du Comité d'audit depuis 2023, Madame Sauty de Chalon apporte une riche expérience à ces nouvelles fonctions. Elle est également membre du Comité d'audit chez LVMH.
Alexandre Bompard, Président Directeur-Général de Carrefour, a salué cette nomination, exprimant sa confiance dans la capacité de Madame Sauty de Chalon à contribuer positivement au bon fonctionnement du Conseil d'administration.
