Carrefour Shareholders Approve Board Resolutions
On May 22, 2026, Carrefour held its Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting in Massy. Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and CEO, led the meeting. Shareholders approved all presented resolutions, including the renewal of board memberships for Alexandre Bompard, Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon, Aurore Domont, Cláudia Almeida e Silva, and Stéphane Courbit for three years.
