Carrefour's Mid-Year Liquidity Contract Update

Carrefour, a major French retail corporation, has disclosed details of its liquidity contract managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 50,000 shares and EUR 28,147,537. From January to June 2026, 11,558 transactions were executed for purchases and 13,812 for sales, involving a total of over 9 million shares each and transaction values of approximately EUR 145 million for purchases and EUR 144 million for sales.

On December 31, 2025, the liquidity account had no shares and EUR 28,951,990.16. In July 2026, management of the contract transitioned to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA, with no changes to the contract terms or resources.
