On August 6, 2026, Casino Group announced the signing of conciliation agreements with its banking partners. The agreements include a new five-year revolving credit facility (RCF) replacing the current RCF and other operational financings. This includes a three-year term with a potential two-year extension, totaling approximately €700 million. Additionally, existing financings of around €640 million will continue on similar terms. A €175 million guarantee line is also established to support the purchasing alliance.

These financial measures hinge on Casino Group's adaptation and strengthening plan. After the conciliation process concluded, applications for approval were submitted to the Paris Economic Court. This development is aligned with the Group's strategy to manage financial indebtedness effectively, initially addressed in accelerated safeguard plans approved in February 2024.
