Casino Group concludes conciliation protocols
On August 6, 2026, the Casino Group announced the signing of several conciliation agreements with its banking partners. These agreements primarily concern the implementation of a new secure revolving credit facility (RCF) to replace the current RCF. This financing, valued at approximately €700 million, will extend over five years. In addition, pre-existing operating financing, totaling approximately €640 million, will be maintained for the same period.
Another key element is the establishment of a €175 million on-demand guarantee line to support the group's purchasing alliance. The securing of this financing is contingent upon the implementation of a financial adaptation plan.
Requests have been filed with the Paris court registry to approve these agreements and amend the safeguard plans. This crucial step is an integral part of the Casino Group's financial reorganization project.
