Casino Guichard-Perrachon and GPA: legal developments in Brazil
On April 17, 2026, Casino Guichard-Perrachon faced a preliminary injunction from a Brazilian court. This decision temporarily prohibited the sale of shares indirectly held in Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição (GPA).
