CCI 2026 buyback program by CRCAM of Languedoc

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Languedoc announces the implementation of a buyback program for its cooperative investment certificates (CCI) authorized by the general meeting of March 27, 2026. This program will allow the acquisition of up to 10% of the CCIs in circulation, potentially representing a maximum of 180,316 securities.

These CCIs, listed on Euronext Paris' Eurolist, have a purchase price capped at €100 per share. The program primarily aims to stimulate market activity and facilitate the partial or total cancellation of acquired shares, in collaboration with Kepler Cheuvreux.

Between now and September 27, 2027, the maximum period approved by the assembly, CRCAM du Languedoc may adjust its strategy in light of legislative changes. The liquidity contract currently manages 6,378 CCIs (French Chambers of Commerce and Industry), while 48,018 are earmarked for cancellation, thus contributing to its active equity management.
